Cecil Beaton (1904-1980)
Fotógrafo, dibujante, decorador teatral, figurinista y escritor inglés. Autor de numerosos libros, como Cecil Beaton´s Scrapbook, The Face of the World. Retrató en interpretación muy personal a casi todas las celebridades de la politica y la vida cultural en Inglaterra, Francia y Estados Unidos. A partir de 1928 fue fotógrafo estrella de la revista Vogue, y desde 1937 fotógrafo oficial de la casa real británica. En 1972 se le concedió la nobleza (sir).
